HYT Block 3 was first unit designed for HYT Engineering. This unit was an extension of their oldest unit. It houses the machining part of the organization.

The cladding on the westside-i.e. the windward side, is terminated at human height. The roof has louvers on the north face which help in extracting air. The combined effect of the louvers along with the opening at the west face creates a strong draft of air in the unit. The temperature inside is regulated without mechanical ventilation.
