The Public space seating design and build elective was held for the Master of Design students at the Pune University for the semester Sept 2019 to April 2020.The elective on outdoor public seating using packing box wood considers the modularity, dynamism, and variability of use in public space.
Making the prototype by hand introduced the students to the materiality of wood in its limitations and advantages.
