Cornerstone – Design Equate

This project consists of ground floor and basement space. We have compact reception area which leads into the meeting room on the ground floor and the co-working space in the basement.In this space it was most crucial to make the user forget that he is infact in the basement. And add a crisp freshness to the air. What better way to do this than to add plants wherever possible

The connections are illustrated on the walls and ceilings to amplify and remind the startup teams to make more use of these connections rather than only the space.

These false windows and doors were designed by us to simulate above ground conditions.

The planters in the atrium add crisp freshness to the air.

The workspace is well lit with 4K lighting.

The compact reception area with the backdrop of natural plants chandelier that brings freshness to the space.

So for us co-working spaces are all about connections. We’ve illustrated these connections on the walls and ceilings to amplify and remind the startup teams to make more use of these connections rather than only the space. The lights stand for ideas- and every new idea is a result of connections between persons of different thought processes or fields.
